We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We are happy to offer a refund or a gift card, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in a saleable condition, unworn, and as new. The item must not have been worn and must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear (including any tags still attached). Determination of an item matching the definition of 'unworn and as new condition' is at the sole discretion of Marianne Jewellery.
  • Your return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to strict hygiene reasons.
  • Items sold as samples, discounts, or final sales, including those in our sale collection or purchased with a discount code, cannot be returned.
  • Purchases made using Afterpay, Klarna, or Zip are eligible for a gift card only and are not refundable.
  • Our return policy complies with Australian consumer law and is governed by Queensland law, ensuring your rights are protected.
