We are excited to get your order to you as soon as possible. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs

Australia Shipping Rates

• Shipping is FREE for all orders over AU$150. All orders under AU$150 standard shipping is AU$11.00 & arrives within 2-5 business days. 
• Express shipping is AU$15 & arrives within 1-3 business days.

New Zealand Shipping Rates

• Free EXPRESS shipping for all NZ orders over AU$200 & arrives within 2-5 business days
• All orders under AU$200 standard shipping is AU$20 & arrives within 4-7 business days

Rest of the World Shipping Rates

• Shipping rate is calculated at checkout

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please allow 1-3 days for processing
• International Delivery may have duties and taxes applicable on package arrival. These are charged in addition to international shipping costs and the customer will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by location/country.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We are happy to offer a refund or a gift card, subject to the following conditions: 

• The item must be in a saleable condition, unworn, and as new. The item must not have been worn and must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear (including any tags still attached). Determination of an item matching the definition of 'unworn and as new condition' is at the sole discretion of Marianne Jewellery. 
• Your return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Personalized items cannot be returned. 
• Earrings cannot be returned due to strict hygiene reasons. 
• Items sold as samples, discounts, or final sales, including those in our sale collection or purchased with a discount code, cannot be returned. 
• Our return policy complies with Australian consumer law and is governed by Queensland law, ensuring your rights are protected.

Please note: 

• Marianne Jewellery is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, please ensure to check all entered information at checkout.
• Marianne Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. 
• Marianne Jewellery is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.

Once your item has arrived back to us it will be assessed and once accepted, your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
